Subject: Completely revamp the grab source code

Some of the (many) few changes are:
- Multithreading for significantly faster performance
- The -p/--predicate flag
- Byte offsets as the default
- No customizable colors (maybe this will come back later)
- Newer edition of mlib (formerly librune)
