Remove extra argument to ‘fprintf()’v1.0.1

Commit 08ad3ea4668f4f25648fd6b4369bdee2705a5bd0 removed the second
occurance of ‘%s’ in the usage string, so we can now remove the second
occurance of ‘__progname’ from ‘fprintf()’.
